At Color Me Teez, each shirt is made just for you—custom-designed from your photo, hand-pressed with care, and shipped with a coloring kit ready to bring your design to life. Because of the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. However, your satisfaction means everything to us, and we’re here to help if something isn’t right.
Custom Orders – No Returns or Exchanges
Due to the made-to-order and personalized nature of our shirts, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Once a design is approved and the shirt is created, we are unable to resell or reuse it.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery at [your email here] with:
• Your order number
• A clear photo of the issue
• A short description of the problem
We’ll review your request and offer a replacement or credit where appropriate.
Proof Approval Responsibility
You will receive a watermarked design proof before your shirt is made. Please review it carefully. Once you approve the design, it moves straight to production and can’t be changed. We are not responsible for errors in photos or design details once approved.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase as long as we have not begun working on your custom design. To request a cancellation, email us at info@colormeteez with your order number.
Late or Missing Orders
If your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated shipping window, please email us so we can help track it down. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, but we will work with you to resolve delivery issues where possible.
